Harbor Reclining Sofa

This sofa is incredibly comfortable and beautiful in person. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars and not 5 is due to one of the arms having a crack in the wood in the front of the sofa (visible). I had the sofa for 2 months at that time (summer non rain months). Teak and table was gracious enough to send me a new arm BUT it doesn’t have the same cuts in it (to piece the new with the old together like a puzzle)so the new arm is deemed useless. I’ve emailed the team twice in the last several weeks and have not heard back about this issue. I’m assuming they are choosing to ignore my enquiry. Again great that they sent me a replacement but the pieces truly can not fit together so I’m not sure what to do with what they sent me or how to fix the crack in my sofa. Super bummed.

I’ve had the sofa for several weeks and my husband and I love it! We were able to assemble it easily. It is comfortable and looks great!
