Beautiful but starting to mildew?

We purchased the Ibiza sofa as well as 2 chairs. It’s under a covered patio but the teak has started to mildew. Grace A teak shouldn’t mildew so not sure what to think about this. The overlap style is beautiful and seems to be high quality. It’s easy to clean and is a great size. I plan to follow up with Teak and Table about the mildew issue.
