Deluxe Shipping

With the deluxe shipping service, when arriving at your home, the delivery team will unwrap the pallet and place the furniture boxes to the location of your choice at ground level.  They will then dispose of all packaging materials including any shrink wrap, shipping tape and the pallet the furniture was shipped on.  However, they will not unwrap or open any furniture boxes to dispose of the cardboard.

 

Please note, when receiving your Teak + Table shipment, should items appear to be damaged or altered in any way please refuse them from delivery.  Upon refusal, please contact or customer service team at (912) 661-4300 and we will ship out replacements for any items refused.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

As a family owned and operated business, we know when shopping online you may not always get things right on the first try.  That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges with no hidden fees.  Please follow the guidelines below when planning a return or exchange.

 

Step 1 – Contact our customer service center at (912) 661-4300 and notify us which items you would like to return or exchange.

Step 2 – Take photos of any and all items you would be returning to ensure there is no damage prior to shipping.

Step 3 – Place all items in its original packaging and prepare for shipment.

Step 4 – Place the necessary return labels, which our customer service team will provide, on the shipment.

Cushions

Having trouble choosing the perfect fabric?  When deciding between our “Quick-Ship” colors you should know that if the color of the fabric chosen doesn’t work for your space, you have the ability to return the cushions to us and choose a second Quick Ship fabric without any additional cost.

Furniture

Items eligible for a return or exchange must be shipped back to Teak + Table within 14 days of delivery.  All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging received.   We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been assemble, used or show any signs of wear to the outdoor elements.  Once the items have been received a customer representative will contact you.
